Returns
Complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied or have a defective product we will take the appropriate measure to either refund your money (not including shipping) or replace it with a new item. If merchandise is broken during transit, or seems defective in any way please call or email us. We will take the appropriate measures to determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned merhcandise that is non-defective/not broken. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. NO credit will be given for items that don't meet these requirements.
Out of Stock Items
Our target goal for in-stock percentage of our products is 95%. Due to high demand (holidays, etc.) and other factors beyond our control an item you order may be out of stock. We do not take back orders for products. You must re-order when the item is available. We will notify you when it is back in stock.
